Learn the essential first step of trimming a fresh brisket, with a live demonstration that highlights techniques often overlooked but crucial for great results. Get hands-on with a pre-cooked brisket, feeling for doneness and understanding exactly what perfectly cooked meat should be like.

Let the kids unleash their creativity in this hands on session where little decorators will get to design their own donuts using a variety of colourful icings, sprinkles and sweet toppings. Ages 5+.

Step into a world of sprinkles, sweets, and colourful creativity in this hands-on dessert decorating masterclass designed especially for little crafters. Kids will decorate their own cupcake and create a delicious cookie cake using vibrant icing, sprinkles, gummies, lollies, and candy toppings.
Each child will create their own sweet treats to take home, along with a Sprinkle Party keepsake charm.

Discover the beauty of wholesome, plant-based treats in our Raw Food Masterclass with Garden of Eden Cakes. Learn how to create a nourishing breakfast chia pudding alongside a rich, decadent raw Reece’s tart, perfect for satisfying both health goals and sweet cravings.
Enjoy a hands-on experience as you craft these delicious recipes from scratch, with the opportunity to sample both creations during the session.

Pick up a few bartender tricks of the trade, learn the basics of balance and flavour, and enjoy the process from start to finish with ZEALAN Vodka.

Learn the art of making a delicious seafood chowder from scratch, adding the perfect combination of seafood and vegetables with well-known chef and Waikato stage personality Kristian Nooyen. He will demonstrate how to make fish stock from fresh snapper bones that would otherwise go to waste after a day out fishing. Then you'll get to eat it afterwards.

Discover how to prepare two traditional dishes that sit at the heart of Zambian cuisine: Ifisashi, a nourishing spinach and peanut vegetable dish, and Umunani, a hearty chicken stew served as a flavourful relish.
Watch as the staple food Nshima, a smooth white maize meal similar to polenta, is prepared and cooked live, with insights into its cultural significance and role in everyday meals. You’ll enjoy these dishes together at the end of the session, or take your portion home to savour later.
